Description of problem:
Deleting a `VolumeSnapshot` causes the associated `VirtualMachineSnapshot` to go into an `Error` status. This event is repeatedly written to ETCD, leading to excessive spamming of the ETCD

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete VolumeSnapshot that is referenced by `VirtualMachineSnapshot` 2. Watch `VirtualMachineSnapshot` status changing to Error 3. Watch ETCD events for `VolumeSnapshotMissing`
Actual results:
ETCD being spammed with events of type `VolumeSnapshotMissing`
Expected results:
One event should be written to ETCD
