If one follows the Docs to setup vGPU they will get stuck at step 3 of https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html-single/virtualization/index#virt-creating-exposing-mediated-devices_virt-configuring-virtual-gpus because that output is empty.

That oc command will not return anything until the setup is complete.

Step 3 has some way that works to identify the mdevs that can be created.

Currently one has to manually look in the node to see the available devices and pick one.
