TC: tests.install_upgrade_operators.feature_gates.test_default_featuregates.test_default_featuregates_by_resource[verify_default_featuregates_hco_cr] is failing with below reason:

Please note that there is a test that might be removing that FG or forcing the reconcialie. So it's needed to run   manually the upgrade to see if it is actually there and open a minor severity bug if needed.
