test_connectivity_is_preserved_after_live_migration is occasionally failing, especially on 4.19 gating runs.
It always fails when attempting to connect to the console, specifically when waiting for the "Password:" prompt to appear (until timeout).
As this is flaky and doesn't always happen, I am interested in seeing the must-gather output. Why? Because IIRC, one of the outputs in the must-gather bundle is the console output.
Although must-gather is collected upon failure, it "vapes" and not stored anywhere. A new PR from the DevOps fixes that, so next failure is expected to end with must-gather.
Until handling this ticket, we will quarantine the test from 4.19 gating. I prefer to not fully quarantine it in an attempt to catch it failing again.
