Add to the list of things to install in Virtualization > Overview> Settings , the installation of the Cluster observability operator(COO) and enabling the OpenShift Logging .

1. Set default retention to 1 day and allow the users to change that.
2. Add a checkmark that they user accepts that he will set the retention also on the storage side for the logging bucket.
