When attempt to filter the list of VMs by entering a specific IP address, the search does not work.

1. A list of all virtual machines is displayed, with VMs' names, namespaces,status, and their assigned IP addresses.
2. In the filter box labeled "Filter by name, label...", enter the full IP address of a running virtual machine that is visible in the list.
3. Instead of filtering to the correct VM or showing an empty list, the search returns a list of irrelevant results.  

The list of virtual machines should be filtered to display only the specific VM that is assigned
the IP address entered in the filter box.

The IP filtering works on 4.16 and also on 4.19 repoducers, but for 4.18.x filtering does not work. The name/label filter works fine, only the IP filter does not return the expected results.
