Description of problem:
VM named 'Console' in 'openshift-mtv' namespace fails to load in different Tabs apart from console tab. The issue identified was the url was incomplete for e.g. : The presented url for configuration page for console vm: https://console-openshift-console.apps.test.redhat.com/k8s/ns/openshift-mtv/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine/configuration The expected url: https://console-openshift-console.apps.test.redhat.com/k8s/ns/openshift-mtv/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine/console/configuration

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM in openshift-mtv named console.
2. Open the ui for the vm and different tabs are not visible as the url is incorrect.
Actual results:
The presented url for configuration page for console vm: https://console-openshift-console.apps.test.redhat.com/k8s/ns/openshift-mtv/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine/configuration
Expected results:
The expected url: https://console-openshift-console.apps.test.redhat.com/k8s/ns/openshift-mtv/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine/console/configuration
