      Description of problem:

      It allows user type NAD in network modal via https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-48562, but now it fails.

      How reproducible:

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create nad in "default" project with kubeadmin, create a NAD "blue"
2. Login with a regular user and create a VM in project "test"
3. Edit the NIC and type nad "default/blue" in the network modal

      Actual results:

      No found the NAD and cannot save

      Expected results:

      It's able to save
