      Description of problem:

      In "Add volume" modal inside the "Default InstanceType" select -> User provided option, the InstanceType options that are listed are incorrect.

Currently the User InstanceTypes are determined by the active namespace (selected in main dropdown).

The listed User InstanceTypes should be based on the selected "Destination project" option.
