On a customer cluster, we can see the Not migratable label shows on the migratable VMs and disappear after 30Sec. when we refresh the console the not migratable label shows again and disappear in 30sec. when the not migratable label show, the VM can not do migration in Action list, the migration button is grey. Customer needs to wait 30secs and click the migration button.

The Not migratable should not exist for migratable VMs. 

The VMs are using NFS storage and the accessModes is RWX which should support migration.
