See if we can create a BGP-testing environment purely on OpenShift.

The PE router would be a pod or a VM. It will be connected to the physical network using localnet. UDNs would be configured to peer with it over the physical network.

The router would be also connected to another network using secondary L2 overlay. This secondary network would be used by a "client" pod that would reach to the VMs through the PE router.
