      Switch to Virtualization perspective:
1. Cluster -> Overview -> Openshift Virtualization -> Alerting, the link leads to a blank page
2. Overview -> Alerts card, the link "View all" leads to a blank page
3. Go to VM metrics page, "Virtualization dashboard" leads to a blank page
