We need to fix the automation, so instead of migrating VM to complete hot-un/plug, they will apply the VMRolloutStrategy.

• This change should be applied from 4.20; the tests of the previous versions must remain as they are, and utilize migration.
• The test must be executed as namespace-admin (non-privileged user), to make sure that the VMRolloutStrategy solution is indeed applicable for these users.
