in the jira stage environment you can create a new epic to see what happens.

basically everything that existed on 4600, will exist upon clicking create, so a clone will not be necessary.

questions to consider -
1. do all the subtasks need to be created every time?
2. there was a request to add a new subtask for DevOps - CNV QE DevOps Requirement Element

3. labels: grooming refinement
i would like you all to consider moving to use refinement vs grooming.

story points default to 77. (this is through automation that would need to be updated)
