Eject the CDROM from an already-running VM

User Stories

• As a VM owner, I want to boot a VM from a CDROM in order to install it, and then eject the CDROM in order to boot the VM from disk in the future
• As a VM owner, I want to insert a CD-ROM image to my already-running VM, so that I can update a piece of software.
