Description of problem:
Applied windows updates from June: KB5060842 and KB5059502. Post-patching these virtual machines are failing to boot with a BSOD and message of `Unsupported Processor`. If we modify the VM yaml cpu model from 'host-model' to 'EPYC', the system boots correctly. Worker Node has the following cpu model: `AMD EPYC 7763 64-Core Processor` This has been seen on Windows 11 and 2025 so far. Unclear on whether it affects other Windows releases
