Goal

Today, CPUTypes are not supported for ARM
In order to introduce this support, we need support at the Virt platform Level first.

Before the change Live Migration between non Identical CPUs is not possible.
After the change Live Migration between Identical CPUs is possible

The reasoning is that we need to improve the LiveMigration within the ARM64
