We see DV imports are hitting the OOM kills, which may be caused by the kernel changes.

To avoid regressions in this area, we can:

• run smoke with NFS (but not blocking the usual smoke -> gating flow)
• add a check for DV restart count in smoke tests
• frequency: once a week or two
