      Description of problem:

The UI provides following error message while cloning virtual machine that is having vTPM device:

Error "Virtual Machine requires backend storage, operation not supported" for field "spec.Source".

For a user, the message is confusing and "backend storage" can be any storage and  doesn't translates to PV for TPM device.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OpenShift Virtualization 4.18.3

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a windows 11 VM from the template which have vTPM device by default.
      2. Try cloning the VM, mentioned error message is logged.
      3.

      Actual results:

Error message is not clear while trying to clone VM with vTPM device

      Expected results:

Provide more user friendly error message that the VM cannot be cloned because it have vTPM device.
