Update the Workflow for CNV writers to reflect the changes made to the CNV Jira project.

User story

As the DPM, I want to ensure that the process and procedure documents for the documentation team are updated and accurate.

Background

On April 8th, the CNV Jira project workflow changed to align with other VM-engineering products (MTA, MTV, MTC, OADP) and workflows used in OpenShift.

Changed Jira workflows from OJA-WF-AD to OJA-WF-BA.

• Old workflow:  OJA-WF-AD New ➔ Backlog ➔ To Do ➔ In Progress ➔ Review ➔ Stakeholder Acceptance ➔ Release Pending ➔ Closed
• New workflow: OJA-WF-BA: New ➔  Planning ➔  To Do ➔  In Progress ➔  Dev Complete ➔  Testing ➔  Release Pending ➔  Closed
  Epic, Feature Request will use simple  OJA-WF-J: Epic, FR - New, Refinement, In Progress, Closed
