      Description of problem:

      When a VM is stopped, advanced VM search does not include it in search by vCPU

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Have running VM 
2. Make advanced search by vCPU that finds that VM
3. Stop the VM
4. Repeat same search

      Actual results:

      VM is not found

      Expected results:

      VM is found
