[Flaky] Flakiness in test_data_import_cron_deletion_on_opt_out

      Description of problem:

      test_data_import_cron_deletion_on_opt_out --this worked in many runs till https://jenkins-csb-cnvqe-main.dno.corp.redhat.com/job/test-pytest-cnv-4.19-infrastructure/22 and recently failed in 23, 24 .
when run as a standalone test it never failed so this can't be a functional issue. possibly leftovers could be one scenario.
