Goal

To solve the main problem that  we currently have the data in ci-health page , but people need to know where to look, as it is scattered over several pages.

We should make the buttons in ci-health more coherent with the other data that we have, so a person might be able to just drill down and see exactly where the problem is on one page.

User Stories

• As SIG group, when CI-health show the failures, I can click the button to drill down and see exactly where the problem is on one page.  e.g. The sig-compute failures are in the majority because of the sig-compute-migrations lane - possibly some offending PR links showing those failures.
   

Non-Requirements

• List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.
