Update version attributes for 4.21

      The Version attributes need to be updated for the following attributes in the `_attributes/common-attributes.adoc` file:
      :VirtVersion: 4.21
      :HCOVersion: 4.21.0

      Review: After updating the attributes and after code freeze, we need confirmation from the Virt team (Stu Gott) that the KubeVirtVersion is correct, and from Installer/Deployment team (Simone Tiraboschi) that the packages and Install objects (Operator and CSV) are still correct.
