      Description of problem:

      Switching projects in Catalog -> InstanceTypes causes whole layout card to reload

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Virtualization -> Catalog -> InstanceTypes
2. Change project in dropdown under "Volumes project"

      Actual results:

      Whole card reloads and there is blank page for a while

      Expected results:

      Only the volume list reloads with some skeleton / spinner indicating loading
