      Description of problem:

      When we click on the VMs in error state in the OCP Overview dashboard we get to the main tree view with no filtering to see only the VMs in error.

No filters are applied

      Expected results:

      Link for correct filtering should be 
https://console-openshift-console.apps.bleeding.cnv.engineering.redhat.com/k8s/all-namespaces/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine?rowFilter-status=Error

and should filter based on the status
