Kubevirt CR does not have new machine type pc-q35-rhel9.6.0
It still has pc-q35-rhel9.4.0 as machinetype

Steps to Reproduce:

1. oc get kv -n openshift-cnv -o yaml | grep machineType

Actual results:

$ oc get kv -n openshift-cnv -o yaml | grep machineType
          machineType: pc-q35-rhel9.4.0

Expected Results:

$ oc get kv -n openshift-cnv -o yaml | grep machineType
        machineType: pc-q35-rhel9.6.0
