[CLOSED LOOP for] Metrics view of VM in the WebUI freezes and page stops responding

      Description of problem:

      When viewing a virtual machine in Administrator view in the management console, navigating to a name space, and choosing a virtual machine, when we click on the Metrics view the page eventually freezes.

Screenshot shows "Page Unresponsive" You can wait for it to become responsive or exit the page: Red Hat OpenShift 

The pages does display the memory and cpu metrics.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OSV 4.17.3, it seems to be happening only on a SUSE 15 SP3 VM.  On another cluster called running OSV 4.17.1, it seems to happen on any VM: SUSE 15 SP3, Windows Server 2016.  Have not tested every combination.

      Happens on both Chrome and Edge. Verified Chrome runing from Windows 11 and both Chrome and Edge from MacBook.

      How reproducible:

      Choose the metrics tab for a VM in the Administrative View

      Actual results:

      Page hangs

      Expected results:

      Metrics are displayed without issue.
