      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Add empty disk to a VM
2. Try to run storage migration
3.

      Actual results:

      1. Migration is allowed to the same SC
2. Default SC is greyed out in target SC list
3. Migration fails

      Expected results:

      Migration is successful
