Preventing live migration failures, especially with large VMs and significant storage, can be difficult.
Migration requires isolation, necessitating the reservation of a certain amount of bandwidth (e.g., 1-10%).
a dashboard is needed for Live Migration to monitor and manage the process and progress.

How to find out dangllng/pending VM's

So we need to monitor storage, network bandwith, cpu memory on both source and target clusters.
Existing ACM/CNV Dashboards like single VM or Single-Cluster view will already contain useful information
It also needs to be investigated if any existing, new metrics can be used.

such a Dashboard should be done in Perses not Grafana

User Stories

• as a User Performing a Cross-Cluster-Live-Migration I want to see what VM's are going to be live-migrated, what vm's have errors, what VM have already been successfully migrated, are there any bottlenecks.
• all clusters, source and target cluster and namespace should be shown
• would be also useful to have an estimation feature
