Description of problem:

In 4.17, the commonInstanceTypesDeploymentGate is included in mandatory feature gate list of hco and disabling it doesn't seems to be possible even using hco jsonpatch annotations. In 4.18, it is configurable in kubevirt using "CommonInstancetypesDeployment" as per https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-44447.
