Goal

Currently when user tries to run e.g. Windows VM on ARM created via instance types, the VM is not created and VM contains error:

Warning  FailedCreate  5m19s (x16 over 10m)  virtualmachine-controller  Error creating virtual machine instance: admission webhook "virtualmachineinstances-create-validator.kubevirt.io" denied the request: UEFI secure boot is currently not supported on aarch64 Arch
