Folder name input is disabled

      Description of problem:

      When VM is created from instanceType it can't be created in folder, since the field is disabled

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Start VM creation from IT
2. Try to type in "Folder" input
3.

      Actual results:

      Nothing happens

      Expected results:

      Folder name is set
