      Description of problem:

using oc, I can create VM's with invalid datavolume namesĀ

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.17

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a datavolume with an invalid name (ie, contains dots, disk2.example.local)
      2. Try to export the VM
      3.

      Actual results:

      Export fails

      Expected results:

Initial create of VM with invalid dv name should not have succeeded in the first place?

      Additional info:

oc vmexport download could fail with a more descriptive error
