No matter what is the CUDN name provided by user, the CUDN is created with randomized name

always

1. Navigate to UserDefinedNetworks page 
2. Start CUDN creation 
3. Set name to "test-cluster-udn"
4. Save CUDN 

CUDN has randomized name in the form of cluster-udn-*-*

CUDN has the
 name that was set by user, or the name should be fixed without the possibility to change it
