There have been cases where release branches are effected by bad flakes in test lanes that can only be fixed through changes in kubevirtci.

Such as the recent case with the compute migrations lane and the release-1.5 branch which suffers failures due to the NFS server locking up.

In order to resolve this we have to backport - https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirtci/pull/1415 but this PR includes other changes that may affect the stability of release-1.5

A safe way of backporting kubevirtci fixes to KubeVirt stable releases branches is needed.
