      pending changes banner apprear. Restart doesn't solve anything

      Also,the controller revisions captured when using instance types and 
preferences are now stored under 
`vm.status.{instancetype,preference}Ref.ControllerRevisionRef.Name`. probably UI needs to be updated to use these new locations when looking these values up . Refer : https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-46341
