      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM
2. Create a migplan
3.

      Actual results:

      Got warning KubeVirt storage live migration is not enabled in 4.19 with MTC

      Expected results:

      VMLiveUpdateFeatures is not existing anymore in 4.19, we may need to update the validation code to ignore the VMLiveUpdateFeatures
