A PVC from any namespace can be the source for a DataImportCron
Update detection when PVC is replaced

no coverage in tier 1 test for DataImportCron with pvc as source, except for some basic u-test that were added to https://github.com/kubevirt/containerized-data-importer/pull/3617/files
