[RFE]User should be able to choose the version of boot image.

      Description of problem:

      As an OpenShift Virtualiztion user, I need to know and could choose the version of RHEL boot image. Currently, user can only know that they will get the 'latest' version, if they only want the specified version of RHEL, they need to write a yaml file to get the boot image.
