Ensure all relevant actions are properly logged and retrievable.

• Verify logs exist for all kubectl actions on KubeVirt resources.
• Verify virtctl logs are captured correctly in virt-api.
• Validate log retrieval through OpenShift admin tools.
• Test audit logging under different scenarios (successful & failed actions).
