Review the known issues and tech preview issues from the previous release:

1. Is the feature still in tech preview or is it now GA?
   1. If it is still in tech preview, continue to list the feature as tech preview.
2. Is the issue still a known issue or has it been fixed? 
   1. If still a known issue, keep it in the release notes for this release too.
   2. If fixed, then add it to the bug fixes for this release.
