Quick starts is missing after clicking the link of quick starts

      Quick starts is missing on 4.18 cluster sometimes.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Have a fresh cluster
2. Click the quick starts link to create VM from volume in Overview -> Getting started 
3.

      Actual results:

      the card is disappeared

      Expected results:

      the card is always there
