Description of problem:
Following attaching 255 hot plug disks to a RHEL VM the VNC console stopped working, the VM can still be connected with virtctl console and ssh. A second VM created from the exact same template but with no 255 hot plug disks, the VNC console works.

1.Create a RHEL 9 server VM from CNV templates 2.Attach 255 hot plug disks
