UI on VM Overview page keeps re-rendering for a long time

      Description of problem:

      When VM's overview page opens, the UI "blinks" and reloads data multiple times, while pie-charts disappear and appear again and again

      1. Have a running VM
2. Navigate to VM's Overview

      Actual results:

      UI flickers and reloads the data multiple times

      Expected results:

      Ui displays data without interruption
