      How reproducible:

      Unknown, will attempt to duplicate on another cluster

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install OCP/LSO/ODF/CNV
2. Create VMs
3. Check csi-addons-controller log

      Actual results:

      "Annotation not set, exiting reconcile" messages in csi-addons-controller log

      Expected results:

      No missing annotation log messages
