Description of problem:

    After several hours of searching, I was unable to find a reference to understand RBAC for accessing subresources under the kubevirt.io apiGroup.

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Search the OpenShift docs for information about the RBAC rules needed to stop/start a VM
    2. Fail to find a reference
    3. Go searching through the operator code to find the information (Not good)

Actual results:

    Unable to find docs

Expected results:

    IT would be nice if this page also explained the subresources.kubevirt.io and associated resource types so that it's possible to understand how to create granular Roles/RoleBindings for kubevirt resources.
