Currently in the freeze hook of the vm before velero backup in case there is no guest agent or that the freeze fails we log an error and exit, which causes the backup to partially fail.

We should check for a possibility to mark the backup or the vm with some warning that a freeze didnt happen and a best effort backup of the vm will be taken. The user can choose if to run another backup or use the non optimal backup that was taken.
