[UI] When threads are empty the UI fails to show CPU

      VMs migrated from vSphere to OpenShift 4.16 using MTV 2.6.3 doesn't include spec.template.spec.domain.cpu.threads in the VM CR.

      This results in an OpenShift Console error, as it seems to expect threads is set. In the modal to Edit CPU & Memory for the VM, it shows the message: "Total CPU is NaN" (see attached image).

      Other than this weird message in OpenShift console I couldn't find any other problem in the system.

          There are no Sub-Tasks for this issue.
