Goal

The data centre where the current upstream CI workloads cluster resides is due for closure on March 4th 2025. A lift and shift migration is not possible as the IP spaces of the existing servers cannot be maintained. A new cluster will have to be built and the CI workloads migrated over to the new cluster

User Stories

As a CI owner, I want to ensure that my CI jobs are migrated successfully over to a new cluster before the DC closure, so that there is no down time or impact experienced to the SIG teams and contributors
